As with the past few years, BABYMETAL has announced the next THE ONE year in late February, a couple of month ahead of time so people can get their pre-orders in. This year the website opens on April 20th.

THE ONE Membership
For those that don’t know what the membership comes with, it has the following benefits:
- Access to THE ONE website and email
- A METAL name
- Exclusive Merch (from A!Smart in Japan, ships worldwide)
- Exclusive tickets to shows (in Japan)
Do note that as always they say “this service is not guaranteed for those who purchase from overseas”, so some things may be Japanese resident exclusive. Especially for tickets this year due to ongoing travel restrictions.
One thing many fans are looking forward to (not announced yet) is the Budokan blu-ray set, which surely will come out and might be the biggest blu-ray set yet.

THE ONE 2021 Dates
Opening Date: Tuesday, April 20th, 2021 at 12:00 (12 PM)
Close Date: Thursday, March 31st, 2022 at 23:59 (11:59 PM)
Transfer Period for 2020 Members: Up till June 15th at 23:59 (11:59 PM)
THE ONE 2021 T-Shirt
The design is once again a T-shirt, which comes in 5 sizes (S to XXL). On the back it has all 10 symbols of each EPISODE of the METAL RESISTANCE. It is already up for pre-sale, exclusively on A!Smart for ¥5,000.
Current 2020 THE ONE members who order the 2021 THE ONE (T-Shirt) before March 31st at 23:59 will receive a “THE ONE original sticker sheet” (Approx. 116mm x 116mm) as a pre-order bonus.
The current membership (THE ONE 2020-2021) ends on March 31st, 2021.

For those that order before April 1st, they should ship from early to mid April. For those who order on or after April 1, delivery is scheduled for late April.
