BABYMETAL were supposed to perform on May 16th at the MOA Arena. This would have been a reencounter with DragonForce and a possible first picture with Iron Maiden. This was also going to be BABYMETAL’s first every performance in the Philippines.

BABYMETAL were scheduled to play on Sunday, June 14th on the main stage. But due to the situation given by the coronavirus pandemic, it has been cancelled.
For those unaware, this is a festival set to take place on May 16th in the Philippines. Half the country, including Manila, is now under an enhanced community quarantine.
The songs are Elevator Girl and YAVA! from Yokohama Arena (BABYMETAL AWAKENS – THE SUN ALSO RISES – ) and DA DA DANCE from Saitama Super Arena (SSA) and Osaka-Jo Hall from November 2019. See them all here!

Various publications have come out with a quote from a government official saying they have suspended the show’s permit due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) entering the country. No confirmation from the promoter or BM themselves yet.
