The shows in Japan for November (labeled “METAL GALAXY World Tour in Japan”) have sold out in under an hour today after the general sale started. Some tickets reappeared later, but a short while later there was nothing left.
The total capacity for these 4 shows is 72000. 2 shows at the Saitama Super Arena (20000 capacity) and Osaka-jo Hall (16000 capacity).
The vast majority of tickets are sold in the many lotteries before the shows, mostly in the fan-member THE ONE lottery done months ago. These are the leftovers.
It generally takes no longer than 2 minutes, but people did note that there were issues with the websites (as there usually are).
